Do you need to press the “Pause” button?
We're all moving – and learning – so fast that we barely have time to integrate it all. But movement and Evolution are not the same thing.
We long to delight in the magnificence of creation, cramming in as many ideas, flavors and experiences as we can. But minds and bellies need time to integrate and digest... without that there is no actual growth, only entertainment.
Yet another example of truth in paradox, we need to slow down to keep up with the ever accelerating pace of Evolution.
This gentle, three day diet and yoga program based on Ayurvedic detox practices will balance your system, lighten your body, and “reset your buttons.” Led by Christina Sophie, Tantra teacher, coach and longtime student of Integral Theory, you’ll have the opportunity to...
- Enjoy, and learn how to prepare, a “tri-doshic” diet that cleanses and heals the system
- Practice yoga specific to the detox process 3 times a day
- Explore Ayurvedic concepts, the Elements, and discover your unique constitution
- Engage collective intelligence - the “WE space” - to tone and awaken the subtle/causal body
- Experience the altered state-like clarity that comes from restored balance
This program is healing and rejuvenating for all bodies, regardless of your fitness level. The movement is incredibly gentle, and yet releases extraordinary vitality. Our precious bodies are the vehicle we awaken in and through, and there is no better time to act on this truth. When aligned, our body becomes not just stabilizing, but catalysing of our Evolutionary intentions.
